HSA recently reviewed the newly implemented notification process, and HSA updated the Guideline on Voluntary Notification System for Health Supplements and Traditional Medicines.
Updates to the guideline are as following:
– Companies are responsible for ensuring the product’s quality and safety throughout its life cycle. Companies are required to inform HSA of any changes in their notified HS or TM at least 1 month prior to the supply of the product in the market.
– Include information on the process of amendment submissions for notified products.
